His prior experience includes advisory roles within the Ministry of Manpower and the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR-RI), as well as involvement in national policy initiatives relating to human capital development and institutional transformation.

Overview

Banggas Sitorus advises on tax and fiscal matters, including compliance, disputes, and regulatory issues. He brings extensive experience from his tenure at the Directorate General of Taxes, where he held senior positions including Head of Tax Office, Head of Division, and Head of General Affairs at the West Java II Regional Office.

Since leaving public service, he has advised on tax matters across a range of industries, providing insight into tax administration, enforcement practices, and engagement with tax authorities. He is also active in academia, teaching taxation-related subjects.
